Important !!Karmanos/ Toledo Clinic--permits 1 unscheduled absence and 2 tardies for contracts that are 13 weeks in duration, if exceeded the contract will be terminated effective immediately.--This policy will begin on 10/15/2024.--The Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Patient Care Team. The Registered Nurse is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care. The RN has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of nursing care. The RN manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services.Submission Requirements2 Years ICU experience - Required--Tele, Oncology, and Med Surg experience - RequiredHealthsystem-wide profile standardsReferences NOT required.A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.-- All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
